Right of Withdrawal

From the day of the submission of the customer's order until fourteen (14) calendar days have passed since delivery, the customer has the right to withdraw from the sale.
This withdrawal is without justification and without any charge for the customer and if the item has already been delivered, the customer must return the product unused, exactly in the condition in which it was received, with all of its accessories, the forms that accompany it and the packaging its in excellent condition. The return of the item is accepted, only if the buyer has first paid any amount incurred by the company for sending the item to him and the shipping costs for the return of the item. Withdrawal is not understood in case the customer has used or activated the item even once, in which case the product is now considered used.
The declaration of withdrawal is made in writing or electronically and our company is obliged to send a confirmation of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal as soon as it reaches it.
Following the declaration of withdrawal (and the receipt and inspection of the goods), our company is obliged to return the price collected. The refund to the customer will be made if the purchase was paid by debit/credit card.
In the case of cash payment, if the customer had chosen the "collect @ store" option, the refund will be made by returning the amount to the store where the product was received.
Our company is entitled to reject the declaration of withdrawal if the item is not offered for return legally and properly, i.e. in the condition it was delivered and not used.

Exceptions to Withdrawal

There is no right of withdrawal in:

Service contracts after the service has been fully rendered, if performance has begun with the prior express consent of the customer and with his acknowledgment that he will lose the right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed by the supplier.

Products which are not suitable for return, for health protection or hygiene reasons, and which have been unsealed after delivery, such as personal care items.
